We recommend that you hand wash your cubes with soap and water. Hang them out to line dry. They are extremely lightweight and fold up easily, hardly taking up any room in your case. They can also stay flat as they don't have a rigid construction.
How many pairs of shoes can I fit in a shoe packing cube?
They are water resistant. The outer material is water repellent to protect against spills. This is not designed to be submerged in water. If submerged in water then water can seep thru the zip and stitched edges.
How many packing cubes can I fit in my case?
This will depend on the size of your shoes and how bulky they are. If you're only taking sandals and thongs (flipflops) you can fit more than if you're taking hiking boots and runners. We suggest making a bundle of the shoes you'd like to take and measuring the bundle. Then see how many would fit in the shoe cube, which is 10cm x 34cm x 17.5cm. A handy tip is to wear your bulkiest shoes in transit so there's less to pack in your suitcase.
