Australia

  • Regular (4-8 Business Days): Orders under $69.99 - $10, Orders $70.00 and up – FREE

  • Express (1-3 Business Days): $10 - $15 (excluding bulky products like Luggage)

New Zealand

  • Regular (6-19 Business Days): Orders under $69.99 - $20

  • Orders $70.00 and up – FREE EXPRESS COURIER (3-12 Business Days) excludes bulky products like Luggage

Rest of the World

  • Express (6-15 Business Days): Orders under 1kg - $20, Orders 1kg to 2kg - $25 excludes bulky products like Luggage

Delivery Time

  • All transit times are estimates and do not guarantee delivery. Zoomlite is not responsible for shipping delays or lost parcels. Actual times may vary based on order size and destination. Delays expected during major online shopping events.

Order Dispatch

  • Express Domestic and International Orders: Placed before 11:00am AEST (Mon-Fri) are generally dispatched within 1 business day. Some delays expected during seasonal peaks.

  • Standard Orders: Placed after 11:00am AEST (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched within the next 2 business days (public holidays excluded).

Correct Addressing

  • Ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is in English and correct. We take no responsibility for items not received due to incorrect addressing.
